Cancellation of your booking by the restaurant in the unfortunate event of staff shortages due to Covid-19:

The hospitality industry is operating, presently, under unprecedented circumstances due to the proliferation of Covid-19 cases and staff shortages in the industry. We, at Kazuki’s, operate a small team. Should any member of our team be affected by Covid-19, or the need to isolate, it will affect our ability to provide the dining experience we strive to give to our customers.

Accordingly, Kazuki’s reserves the right to cancel bookings for customers on any notice, so as to be able to operate according to our staff availability on a given day under the present Covid-19 conditions. Such cancellations will operate on the basis that most recent bookings will be cancelled first.

Should this step have to be taken in relation to your booking, we will make every possible effort to accommodate you in our restaurant as soon as possible after the cancellation. We thank you very much for your understanding at this time.

Please do not attend with Covid-19 symptoms:

Please do not attend Kazuki’s if you are suffering from any symptoms of Covid-19. Should you attend our venue with demonstrable symptoms (e.g. persistent coughing), you will be asked to leave, for the safety of our customers and staff; and will be subject to the cancellation fee listed above in these terms and conditions.

Children are welcome to enjoy the same full menu as adults as we do not offer an alternative. Children who are 12 months old or older must be included in the patron number at the time of booking. Any children visiting the restaurant must be supervised at all times and must always remain seated.
