Advance notice is essential for all dietary requirements. Dietary requirements cannot be met without prior arrangement.
Arriving on time:
Please arrive on time for your reservation. A reduced menu may need to be served for late arrivals. Please be aware that public parking in the area can be difficult especially between 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Cancellations, Booking Changes & No Shows:
Cancellations, change of date and reductions in the number of guests must provide at least 48 hours* ** notice for a booking of six people or less. Any cancellations or a reduction in the number of diners within 48 hours* ** of a reservation and no-show will incur cancellation fees are equal to the least priced tasting menu available on the day of your reservation. Should government restrictions force us to cancel your reservation, no cancellation fee will be charged.
*Group bookings of 7 ~ 9 people require 72 hours’ notice and group bookings of 10 people and more require 7 days’ notice

Children are welcome to enjoy the same full menu as adults as we do not offer an alternative. Children who are 12 months old or older must be included in the patron number at the time of booking. Any children visiting the restaurant must be supervised at all times and must always remain seated.
Victorian State regulation dictates that each guest attending must be fully vaccinated (double dose) for Covid-19 and evidence sighted. Unfortunately, guests unable to meet this requirement will be unable to attend and cancellation fees will apply. Kazuki’s reserves the right to alter or cancel reservations in order to remain compliant with government regulations, including QR check in, vaccination and mask compliance.

The equal % of credit card transaction surcharge, that we are charged by the provider, will also be added.
15% Public Holiday surcharge applies to all bookings on a public holiday.
10% group booking service fee applies to a total of bill for bookings of 7 and more guests.
