Hailing from Akita in Northern Japan, Chef Kazuki Tsuya applies traditional Japanese techniques and flavours to the highest quality Australian produce, creating dishes to pique your curiosity, excite your palate and fill your heart.
Kazuki’s offers tasting menus of two or three courses, as well as à la carte dining for lunch and dinner.
Kazuki’s tasting menus have been carefully conceived so you can experience the kitchen’s complete offering in a structured way, alongside extensive wine, saké and tea-matching options.
Choose between five or seven courses at 120 or 150pp.

Wines have been selected with a focus on local regions of Victoria. Kazuki and his team have also curated a range of Japanese sake, whiskey and spirits — some of which are the very rare and specialised products of micro breweries.
