Hailing from Akita in Northern Japan, Chef Kazuki Tsuya combines classic French techniques with Japanese flavours and the highest quality Australian produce, creating dishes to pique your curiosity, excite your palate and fill your heart.

Kazuki’s has been an Age Good Food Guide chef’s hat restaurant for over 10 years, received two hats in 2023 and is selected in the Top 25 restaurants for Victoria in this year’s Gourmet Traveller Annual Restaurant Guide.

Dinner from Wednesday to Friday – Choose between five course tasting menu ($180 pp) and seven course tasting menu ($220 pp). Wine matching is optional.

Wines have been selected with a focus on local regions of Victoria. Kazuki and his team have also curated a range of Japanese sake, whiskey and spirits — some of which are the very rare and specialised products of micro breweries.
